X Topic Abstract

A strategic approach to digital transformation through innovation with intelligent RPA in a sustainable and well governed framework.

X Topic Abstract

With 80% of Digital Transformations failing, the way we think about Digital in the context of an organisation is no longer appropriate to modern thinking. Over industrialization and Technology-first strategies erode value and allow leaders to hide from being accountable for Return on Investment. In this session we will talk to an approach that has proven successful in organisations with Digital First strategies and born natives, most importantly if you agree you can immediately take action within your own organisations.

X Topic Abstract

Cell and Gene therapy is widely recognized as the next big thing in Pharmaceuticals. The first factories have shown that scaling up production is problematic, especially regarding operating expenditure and track/trace. There are two areas where robotics could easily provide solutions; materials/logistics and analytical laboratories/sample management. This presentation will paint a picture of what is possible in the next 10 years and explains why software standards/plug play are they key to speeding up implementation.

X Topic Abstract

- Testing considerations for APIs and Microservices
- API Management Platforms guaranteeing quality
- Test automation & CI/CD within the API Management context.

X Topic Abstract

Automating Data Science Data Science is a highly creative process of transforming the data and building Predictive Models. It requires skills and experience and yet is extremely time-consuming. Delivering a Model in a commercial environment usually takes many weeks of team-effort and is often too slow for rapidly changing business needs. Can this process be automated?

X Topic Abstract

Machine learning modelling life cycle is a very complex process and quite different from maintaining traditional application software. Machine learning life cycle is a continuous process and one take the raw data, prepare the data, train the model and deployment. Once the mode deployed, one needs to update the model with new data to do accurate prediction. During monitoring, to improve the mode the we need to feed the model with new high quality relevant data

X Topic Abstract

I'd present a slide deck with the objective to give the audience a sense of how much QA or which kind of QA should be used in the digital transformation journey of a company. By presenting several use-cases I intend to show how mature each company was and what made more sense in terms of methodology and technology for each one. I'd consider some of the different kind of tests: black-box, white-box, unit, load, performance, interface testing, etc. The idea is to allow the audience to understand how mature their environment is in terms of QA and give them awareness on what makes sense in each situation as well as the evolution path that can be taken

X Topic Abstract

Often we see an RPA project not achieving its desired results. The business case with which we kick off a project may sound very promising, however once it moves to BAU - the performance begins to degrade. It may be because the application has latency issues, or it frequently keeps changing. The most important question at this point to ask is - could we have automated the process through any other way (and not through RPA).

Many a times, RPA Leads on ground tend to promote RPA although there may be quicker and better ways of automating the process - either through some inbuilt functionality within the application or some off the shelf tools available in the market. Do we really need RPA always? Can processes be made faster through alternate ways? Do we want to create technical debt and spend on huge maintenance costs yearly because of RPA?

X Topic Abstract

The pace and complexity of change for most organisations continues to increase as there are an increasing variety of Technology, Market, Economic and Political shifts that require organisations to become more Agile, Innovative and Collaborative in order to maintain and improve their performance. Despite our understanding of the Change Process failure rates remain high (70%+), ODTI research (academic & application) identified the core source of most failures, which led to Dynamic Systems Maturity Theory (DSMT) in Organisation Science. DSMT uniquely is built from theory and practice from across Psychology, Organizational Science & Economics. In this presentation we will explain DSMT which identified and defined 15 distinct normative functioning levels of Maturity for any organisation, we will also will then introduce the Organisation Capability Maturity Framework (OrgCMF™), which is an application of DSMT, designed to enable change leaders and teams to align their business ambitions with their organisation capabilities, with a view to achieving their target change or transformation outcomes.

X Topic Abstract

The presentation will cover some practical tips on how to get a project team together and start the journey of thousand miles with a single step. Rome wasn't built in a day and your company cannot go to Digital Everything in a day either. But if you don't start, you will never get there.

X Topic Abstract

Travel through an airport can be a stressful experience for passengers.

Over the recent years we have seen improvements through automation and technology, but the experience remains disjointed and inconsistent, particularly in times of delay or disruption.

There are technologies that are readily available in other industries that have not been applied by the airports and airlines, in part because they are burdened by legacy technologies, but also because robotic and automation design thinking and digital transformation have not been widely adopted by this industry.

At Elenium we have developed the technology solutions to make the passengers experience more automated, supported by human interaction when required, providing a more relaxed experience for all passengers.
